• Compliance with Laws: All advertisements must comply with UAE laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 on Media Regulation.
• Respect for Cultural Values: Advertisements must respect the religious, cultural, and social values of the UAE. Content that offends Islamic beliefs or local customs is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Content

Advertisements must not contain:

• Prohibited Products/Services: Promotion of alcohol, tobacco, banned narcotics, or any illegal products/services is forbidden.
• Offensive Material: Content that is defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or promotes violence or discrimination is not allowed.
• Political Content: Advertisements should not disrespect the UAE’s political institutions or symbols.

5. Technical Specifications

• Format & Quality: Acceptable formats include JPEG, PNG for images, and MP4 for videos. All submissions must meet quality standards, including high resolution and appropriate file sizes.
• Display Requirements: Advertisements must adhere to specified dimensions, aspect ratios, and responsive design requirements to ensure proper display across devices.

6. Advertising Approval Process

• Submission: Advertisers must submit materials at least 10 business days before the intended publication date.
• Review: Dubai Plus will review submissions for compliance with this policy and applicable laws.
• Approval/Rejection: Advertisers will be notified of approval or reasons for rejection. Rejected advertisements may be revised and resubmitted.
• Timelines: The standard review process takes up to 10 business days. Expedited reviews may be available upon request.
• Revisions: Feedback for revisions will be communicated clearly, with guidance for resubmission.

7. Advertiser Obligations

• Clear Identification: Sponsored content must be clearly labeled to distinguish it from editorial content.
• Placement: Dubai Plus reserves the right to determine the placement of advertisements on the site.

9. Monitoring & Compliance

• Post-Publication Review: Dubai Plus reserves the right to remove any advertisement that, after publication, is found to violate the policy or any applicable laws.
• Reporting Mechanism: Users can report advertisements they believe violate the policy. Dubai Plus will review and take appropriate action promptly.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with this policy and applicable laws. They agree to indemnify Dubai Plus against any claims arising from their advertisements.
